Was born in North Germany, in Schwerin, January 1 of 1947.
Graduated as engineer of electronics from 1970 in
Kishinev Polytechnic
Institute.
Ph.D. from 1975 (Physics of Semiconductors & Dielectrics
branch).
Teaching experience from 1975. Associated professor of Physics
& Chemistry Faculty from
1981.
Dr.Sci (Solid State Physics branch) from 1990.
Member of Ukrainian Physical Society from 1992, Member of New
York AS from 1994.
Teacher of Highest Category for K-12 from 1999..
Languages: Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, English, and German.
